Our Attorney

Mr. Brahms graduated from Harvard University in 1959 and Harvard Law School in 1962. Following the completion of his Basic Officer training and military law training, he served as a military lawyer in the Second Marine Division from 1963 to 1965, and was eventually promoted to Major in 1969. In 1985, he was promoted to Brigadier General and served as a Director in the Judge Advocate General Division until his retirement in 1988. Mr. Brahms is highly respected by his peers in the legal community for his vast knowledge and in-depth legal experience. He is regularly called upon to comment on military justice and related matters in print and on the air.
